Capabilities

Materials, inspection methods, and the compliance framework behind every job we take on.

Capabilities

What the Shop Can Actually Do

Capability lists are only useful if they help you decide whether to pick up the phone. Here is the honest version: what we work in, how we verify it, and how the compliance side is handled. If your requirement sits at the edge of any of this, ask — the answer is often yes, and when it is no we will tell you quickly.

Materials & Processes

  • Aerospace aluminum alloys, stainless and carbon steels
  • Titanium and high-temperature alloys on request
  • Engineering polymers and composites for printed and fabricated parts
  • Sheet metal forming, welding, and structural repair
  • Surface preparation, priming, and aerospace-grade coatings

Inspection & Verification

  • Ultrasonic testing for subsurface flaws and thickness
  • Magnetic particle inspection for ferrous components
  • Dye penetrant inspection for surface-breaking defects
  • Radiographic (X-ray) inspection of internal structure
  • Dimensional inspection against drawing tolerance
  • Written inspection findings suitable for the aircraft record

Compliance & Documentation

  • Work performed under FAA Part 145 certificate 1F0R606D
  • Return-to-service documentation on certificated work
  • Material and process traceability maintained through the job
  • Government registration: CAGE 87LS6, UEI E1BUJ68EXJK4
  • Woman-Owned Small Business classification
  • Supplier questionnaires and audits accommodated

Working at the edge of the list

A published capability list is a snapshot, and aviation problems rarely arrive in standard shapes. If you are holding an unusual alloy, an undocumented legacy part, a tolerance that looks aggressive, or a date that looks impossible — describe it to us anyway. We will either take it on, or point you to someone who should. Send us the details →

Who We Serve

Industries and Customers

The work looks different depending on who is asking, but the underlying request is always the same: get it right, get it documented, and get it back when you said you would.

Commercial Operators & Airlines

Line and base maintenance support, cabin and galley servicing, seat refurbishment, and component overhaul. When a scheduled check uncovers something unscheduled, we absorb the surprise rather than adding to your AOG exposure.

MRO & Repair Station Partners

Overflow capacity and specialty capability for other repair stations. If a job needs machining, NDT, or coatings you do not run in house, we can take that scope under our certificate without competing for your customer.

OEMs & Aerospace Suppliers

Build-to-print machining, prototype development, turnkey assembly, and small-batch production. We are comfortable working from a drawing package, a sample, or a design that is still being iterated.

Government & Defense

FAA-compliant work for government and military programs, supported by our CAGE code, UEI, and Woman-Owned Small Business status. Suited to both direct awards and subcontract or teaming arrangements under a prime.

Business & General Aviation

Airframe and structural repair, interior restoration, paint and corrosion control, and component work for corporate flight departments and owner-operators who need the job done properly the first time.

Ground Handling & Airport Services

Repair, refurbishment, and fabrication for tow bars, jacks, stands, and the rest of the ground support fleet — including replacement components for equipment whose manufacturer no longer supports it.

Credentials

Certified Where It Counts

Our FAA Part 145 Repair Station certificate is what allows us to perform, approve, and document maintenance work — and it is the reason our paperwork holds up when your records get audited. Our Woman-Owned Small Business status helps prime contractors and government buyers meet participation goals without trading away capability.

Certificates, registration data, and our capability statement are all available for download — no form to fill out first.

Start the Conversation

Send us the part, the print, or just the problem.

Every quote request goes to a person who knows the shop floor, not an inbox that routes it three days later. Tell us the part number, the tail number, the tolerance, or the deadline — whichever one you actually have — and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right shop for it.
